Service Description

Elevate your health and resolve symptoms with the aid of a guided practitioner and the healing herbs. Cultivate radiance and vitality, and deepen your self-knowledge and power. Together we will take a loving look at your past and current health from a holistic “whole woman” perspective, and discuss your health goals and desires. I will be working with you in-depth over this three month period primarily utilizing herbal medicines and flower essences (vibrational medicine) which shift patterns of disharmony in your body/mind/spirit and release what may be blocking the innate healing intelligence of your body. Your personalized wellness plan may also include movement, mindset work, intentional supplements, lifestyle practices, and potential referrals to other healing modalities/professionals. My goal is to honor and uplift personal responsibility for your health, and find ways to strengthen your ability to know what it is your mind/body/heart needs to find balance and sustained well-being. The Whole Woman Wellness Package includes: - 60 minute initial consultation session. - 30 minute session to go over your protocol. - 4 follow up sessions (60 minutes). - 2 comprehensive custom wellness plans + herbal protocols. - Phone/email support for questions if they arise. In the first session we will go over your comprehensive intake form and explore your current concerns and goals. You will receive a thorough custom wellness plan and a comprehensive herbal protocol. In the follow up sessions we will check in about your wellness plan and protocol, shifting formulas and the plan as needed to account for your growth and transformation. You will receive an officially updated plan and protocol after your 2nd follow up session. Generally, we work with 1-3 remedies after your first consultation, and then 1-3 more after you're halfway through the program. Cost of custom remedies are not included in the package price - you'll have the option to purchase custom remedies from me after you receive your initial protocol. They are available for local pickup (free), or can be shipping anywhere in the US (standard shipping rates apply). You may also chose to source herbs yourself, though it is recommended to purchase custom blended remedies as they have been crafted specifically for you. *Remedies will include some combination of tinctures, elixirs, tea blends, salves or infused oils, bath salts, capsules, hydrosols, flower essences, and more.*
